Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Bryan Green, Vaughn

Sophomore • Forward • Bronx, N.Y.

Green had a huge week recording three double-doubles, averaging 26.3 points and 20.3 rebounds while shooting a blistering 77.3 percent from the field, leading the Warriors to a 2-1 week. The sophomore set career highs in points (31) and rebounds (24) in a 75-63 triumph over College of St. Joseph (Vt.).

Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Henry Pflaumer, SUNY ESF

Freshman • Guard • Elba, N.Y.

Plfaumer averaged 10.5 points per game and drained six three-pointers at a 40 percent clip over two games for the Mighty Oaks. 

Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Brooke Lewandowski, Davis

Sophomore • Forward • Buffalo, N.Y.

In a win over Clarks Summit University, Lewandowski filled the stat sheet with 26 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks. She also recorded a 12-point, 16-rebound double-double in a loss to Cairn and finished the week connecting on 56 percent of her attempts from the field.

Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week

Daniella Scanlon, Albany Pharmacy

Freshman • Staten Island, N.Y.

Scanlon played all 40 minutes and netted 13 points with three rebounds and two assists in a losing effort to Southern Maine CC and added five points with four assists against New Hampshire Tech.

Honor Roll

Amissa Epperson, Pratt • Women's Basketball

The junior averaged a double-double with 11.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 6.0 blocks in a 1-1 week for Pratt. 

Hunter Schenkel, New Rochelle • Men's Basketball

Last week's Player of the Week netted 33 points with six treys and seven rebounds in a losing effort to NYU. 

Justin VanDuLuitgaarden, SUNY-ESF • Men's Basketball

The junior guard had an 11-point, 11-rebound double-double in a loss to Williamson. 

Brandon Vorta, Albany Pharmacy • Men's Basketball

The senior captain guided the Panthers to a 2-1 week with two wins against Top 10 USCAA squads. He had 12 points, 13 rebounds and four assists in a win over Southern Maine CC.

Emma Webster, Albany Pharmacy • Women's Basketball

The sophomore averaged 14.5 points and 3.0 rebounds over a two-game stretch for the Panthers. She had 18 points on 6-for-10 shooting in a loss at NHTI.
