Hunter Schenkel, New Rochelle
Sophomore • Guard • Roosevelt, N.Y.
Schenkel repeats as Player of the Week averaging 21.3 points over a 2-1 week for New Rochelle. Against Division I St. Francis Brooklyn, the lone blemish on the week, the sophomore netted 17 points on five three-pointers with four rebounds and two rejections. He crossed the 20-point mark in victories over The New School and Culinary.

Demetrius Sumpter, Kings

Sumpter earns Rookie of the Week for the second time this season averaging 18.3 points, 12.7 rebounds over a three-game week for King's. He had a 17-point, 16-rebound double-double in a non-league win over Pratt.

Dannie Griffin, Albany Pharmacy
Senior • Patterson, N.J.
Griffin erupted for 34 points and 24 rebounds to lift Albany Pharmacy to a 63-59 win over Purchase College. On the two-game week, she averaged 22.0 points and 17.0 rebounds over a 1-1 stretch for the Panthers.

Rivers had a monster game with a career-high 34 points and a season-high 14 rebounds in a non-conference win over Sarah Lawrence.
|Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week|
Daniella Scanlon, Albany Pharmacy
Freshman • Staten Island, N.Y.
Playing all but one minute of the Panthers games over the weekend, the rookie averaged 7.0 points, 5.0 assists, and 2.0 rebounds. In a 63-59 victory over Purchase, Scanlon handed out eight assists, scoring five points, while pulling down three caroms.
Anna Eaves, King's • Women's Basketball
The senior recorded an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double in a narrow one-point overtime loss to Five Towns.
Amissa Epperson, Pratt • Women's Basketball
The junior averaged 20.0 points and 12.5 rebounds, recording two double-doubles over a 1-1 week for the Cannoneers. Epperson had 22 points and 13 rebounds in a non-league win over King's.
Thaddeus Hall, Berkeley • Men's Basketball
The sophomore led the Knights to a 2-0 week averaging 16.5 points and 5.0 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field. He hit the game-winning three-pointer with 9.9 seconds left against Florida National.
Elijah Harris, New Rochelle • Men's Basketball
The sophomore scored a game-high 27 points with six rebounds against Division I St. Francis Brooklyn.
Jackson Henri, Davis • Men's Basketball
The sophomore averaged 25.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals over two games for the Falcons. He connected on 10 three-pointers at a 55.6 percent clip.
Romeo Joseph, Culinary • Men's Basketball
The sophomore had 24 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists in a win over New England Baptist.
Akil Philip, Pratt • Men's Basketball
The sophomore recorded double-doubles in both of Pratt's games, averaging 13.5 points and 16.0 rebounds.
Ayanna Ratliff, Berkeley • Women's Basketball
Ratliff averaged 21.5 points and 5.0 rebounds over two games for the Knights. She highlighted her week with 25 points and six boards in a losing effort to St. Elizabeth.
Aaron Ruzinsky, Culinary • Men's Basketball
Ruzinsky averaged 17.0 points, 6.5 assists, and 5.0 rebounds over a 1-1 week for Culinary. In the Steels' 77-72 victory over New England Baptist, the freshman had a 16-point, 11-assist double-double with six rebounds and three steals.
